Asset Reboot

Established in 2020, Asset Reboot was founded with the mission of completing disputed and stalled projects. Our goal is to bring new life to developments that have faced delays or complications, ensuring they are successfully completed and delivered. ICONIC is the first of many projects we aim to revive, setting the stage for our continued efforts in resolving challenging real estate ventures.

Corporate Announcements

The ICONIC project, initially launched in 2011 by Earth Infrastructure Limited (Developer) in partnership with Celestial Estate Pvt. Ltd. (Landowner), faced delays in completion. As a result, the project’s buyers initiated insolvency proceedings against the land-owning company. The Hon’ble NCLT Delhi approved the resolution plan of H.S. Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. (the Successful Resolution Applicant) on March 15, 2023, transferring control of the project, along with the associated land, assets, and approximately 400 homebuyers, to H.S. Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. for completion. This marked a historic decision, making ICONIC one of the few projects revived under the Hon’ble NCLT's supervision. The project is now being monitored by the NCLT along with a Monitoring Committee, as per the approved resolution plan. H.S. Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. has since taken over the project, completing 100% of the structure, including brickwork and plastering to define each unit. The remaining construction is scheduled for completion within 24 months, according to the resolution plan.
